Opt-in and consent
Sierra Technology Group LLC accepts only the following SMS opt-in methods:
- Customer-initiated text message to +1 (702) 857-8957.

We identify Sierra Technology Group LLC and describe the messaging purpose before recording verbal consent and in the initial opt-in confirmation. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. We do not use purchased lists, accept consent supplied on another person’s behalf, or assume consent from a phone number provided for another purpose.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, active conversations, scheduling, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any Sierra Technology Group text message. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then stop further messages unless you opt in again.
Help and support
Reply HELP for help, or email contact@sierratechnologygroup.com. Support is available through that email address for questions about the program, consent, or opting out.
Privacy of mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support the messaging program, and as required by law. Mobile opt-in data will not be transferred to third parties for their own marketing.
